Bill Camp began his career in the graphics industry as a salesman for Morgan Industries, a major supplier of raw materials to the screen printing industry. Several years later Bill accepted a sales position with Superior TechMark in Dallas, Texas. Bill’s success as a salesman grew from his genuine concern of his customer’s needs and his ability to build strong and lasting relationships with his customers. It wasn’t long before Bill realized that all his customers had one thing in common. They all had difficulty in finding an application company or an application company they could rely on, who could apply the screen printers finished product onto the surface the customer had purchased it for. So over 35 years ago Bill began applying decals on the weekend with his teenage son and daughter. It soon became apparent that Bill had found a niche market and Decal Applications Unlimited was founded in 1972. Bill’s kids have since moved on as DAU has continued to grow into a major application company with thousands of satisfied customers.
